I've started a new project creating CD covers for fictitious bands to poke fun at pretentious bands and to vent some rage at the type of so-called bands who don't even play their music (boy/girl bands) or write their songs and at crappy, shitty bands and singers who sound the same, lack originality and try to sound like decades gone past, and sound badly with it too (Duffy, Amy Winehouse etc).
It's also a good exercise at designing on such a limited space and the variety of singers I can't stand will produce a variety of styles in my work. Let the lampooning begin!
